A century of comfort innovation

2026 represents 100 years of craftsmanship, innovation, and design for the DUX and DUXIANA brands. To mark this momentous year, we will celebrate our heritage, showcase current developments, and reveal what’s ahead.

As a tribute to the four generations that have shaped the first century of DUX, we are launching four special edition products. This centenary collection draws on our iconic design heritage while fully embracing the latest ergonomic comfort technology. Each product will be limited to 100 individually numbered pieces.

Limited edition centenary table

Alberto

Clean lines and ample storage have made the Alberto Table a living room icon since it first entered production in the 1980s. To kick off the centenary collection in Q1 2026, we are releasing a special edition of the square Alberto in chrome. For this version, the standard tempered glass top and bottom of the table have been replaced with earth-tone terrazzo stone.

Limited edition centenary chair

Sam Office

Based on Sam Larsson’s original 1973 design, the desk variant of the Sam chair features armrests, casters, and an easily adjustable height. Our centenary edition is 100% upholstered in olive-tanned leather, including the back support. The all-natural tanning process produces a uniquely soft material with an earthy hue that ages beautifully over time. Coming in Q2.

Limited edition centenary bed

The DUX Essence

Arriving in Q3, our centenary bed embodies 100 years of innovation in one product. With its oak headboard and matching details on the Sustainable Comfort platform base, the DUX Essence draws inspiration from some of our earliest furniture designs. As the name suggests, it is the essence of a perfect night’s sleep.

Limited edition centenary easy chair

Spider Lounge

To close out our anniversary year, we are reviving the Spider Lounge for a limited run. First introduced in the 1980s, this easy chair offers exceptional relaxation with 10 oblong Spider cushions containing the same Pascal springs used in our beds. The centenary version is a true showpiece featuring special-edition upholstery from luxury fabric designer Black Edition.
